Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted for subscriptions or licenses purchased for the Actimath platform (actimath.com), operated by Satwik Vasuki, an individual proprietor carrying on business under the trade name Darfun Labs.

By purchasing a paid subscription or license, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

Nature of the Service

Actimath is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform delivered online.

A free tier is available that allows users to evaluate the platform's functionality, compatibility, and core gameplay mechanics before purchasing a paid subscription.

Because access to digital services is enabled immediately upon successful payment and account activation, subscription purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances described below or where required under applicable law.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

Duplicate Payment
A payment was charged more than once for the same subscription due to a verifiable technical or processing error.

Failure of Activation
The paid subscription or license features fail to activate on your account within a reasonable time after successful payment, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue after being given an opportunity to investigate.

Refund requests made for reasons such as change of mind, reduced usage, dissatisfaction with educational outcomes, or lack of engagement after successful activation will generally not qualify for a refund.

Refund Request Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the conditions above, you must submit a request within 7 days of the transaction date.

Your request should include:

• registered account email address
• transaction reference number or UPI ID
• brief description of the issue

Refund Decision and Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using a method determined at our discretion, which may include reversal to the original payment source where feasible.

Refund processing timelines may vary depending on payment provider policies but will generally be completed within a reasonable period after approval.

Subscription Expiry and Cancellation

Actimath subscriptions are valid for the duration purchased.

The platform does not currently use automatic renewal billing.

When a subscription period ends, access to paid features will automatically revert to the free tier. No manual cancellation is required to prevent future charges.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
