The Actimath platform (actimath.com) is currently operated by Satwik Vasuki, an individual proprietor carrying on business under the trade name Darfun Labs ("we," "our," or "us").
For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), Satwik Vasuki is the Data Fiduciary.
We may assign or transfer the operation of the Actimath platform, together with associated data processing rights and obligations under this Privacy Policy, to a successor entity formed to operate the Actimath business. Continued use of the platform following such transfer shall constitute acceptance of the updated operating entity.

Actimath requires access to your device camera to enable motion-based gameplay interactions.

Children's Privacy
Actimath is intended for use in educational environments involving children; however, accounts are created only for adult educators, administrators, or facility operators.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
Schools, educators, or institutions using Actimath are solely responsible for supervising student participation and obtaining any required parental or institutional consents under applicable law before allowing minors to use the service.
Student gameplay data is stored only in aggregated or anonymized formats at the classroom or center level.
